We here make available emil, an initial prototype of an implementation of the EMIL ("extracting meaning from inconsistent language") pipeline: the pipeline in question takes strict and defeasible rules expressed in (an extension of) the controlled natural language ACE, evaluates such rules using the direct-stable-semantics, and verbalises the stable-sets in ACE. This is a successor to our previous system dAceRules (which makes use of the tool AceRules to a similar effect; emil does not rely on AceRules).
Version 0.0.0 of emil, together with several of the necessary components to run the prototype, can be downloaded here: emil version 0.0.0
