Software 💻
Below is a list of software projects whose development I have contributed to as a researcher,
developer, or project collaborator.
Software Projects
-
OntoConfig reasoner — a prototype reasoner for solving configuration and optimization problems specified in an ontology language. It lets users describe classes, relationships, objects, and numeric constraints, then finds a satisfying configuration and can optimize a selected objective directly in the browser.
-
SHACL-ASP — a Java-based
tool that translates SHACL constraints and RDF data into Answer Set Programming encodings for
validation under stable-model and well-founded semantics.
-
MagicSHACL — an implementation
of the Magic Shapes algorithm, which optimizes SHACL validation by focusing on constraints relevant
to the selected validation targets.
-
SHACL Updates — software for
reasoning about SHACL validation under graph updates.
-
SHACL Repairs — a prototype
implementation for repairing SHACL constraint violations using Answer Set Programming, including
preference-based repair strategies.
-
ShEval — an experimental framework
for comparing SHACL and ShEx engines on recursive-shape test suites and other validation scenarios.
-
Clipper — a description-logic reasoner
for conjunctive query answering over Horn-SHIQ ontologies via query rewriting.
-
shaWell — a Go-based validator
for SHACL using well-founded semantics, including support for recursive SHACL through the DLV solver.
