Current Work
I am interested in ontology based competence management systems, where profile owner can perform a gap analysis between their personal profile and a goal profile. At the moment I am doing the technical evaluation as well es the evalution of the core values.
Beside research I am very interested in softskills and personal development and so I am working as a trainer in softskills at university as well as in private training projects.
